Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading company in New Albany. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rates

• 15.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Skills Requirements

• Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule
• Dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow directions
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Responsibilities

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
• Receive freight, identify case packs and pallet patterns, and communicate any issues
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain organization and accuracy of stock
