Salary: $79,500 plus 12% superannuation

South Perth Early Learning School is currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic Child Care Workers to join their caring and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to work in a supportive, relationship-driven environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Provide nurturing, high-quality care to children
·Assist in planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities
·Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families
·Monitor and record developmental milestones and learning progress
·Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and supervision of all children at all times
·Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic learning environment
·Follow and support the implementation of the centre’s policies, routines, and practices
·Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement activities
·Work collaboratively with other educators to deliver the highest standard of care
Skills & Experience:
· Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
·Understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles
·A caring and patient personality with a strong passion for working with children
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
·Commitment to child safety, inclusive practices, and confidentiality
Requirements (or willingness to obtain before commencement):
· Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
·Valid Working With Children Check
·Child Protection Training
·At least 1–2 years of experience in a childcare setting (preferred)
