Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to employees across Pezzano Enterprises’ wholesale, warehousing, administration, sales and distribution operations.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and user-access issues affecting computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, label printers and other operational ICT equipment.
