Retail Manager

We're looking for an experienced Retail Manager to spearhead operations at our gelato store in Leederville, WA. You will be instrumental in promoting operational excellence, with an emphasis on store profitability and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be responsible for:

1. Daily operations of our Leederville store
2. The management and supervision of retail staff, including recruitment, rostering, training and development, performance reviews and promotions
3. Managing stock levels of all raw materials and finished products, ensuring maximum cost efficiencies
4. Implementing sales strategies to enhance productivity, customer service and store profitability
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies, work health and safety requirements and food safety regulations
6. Effectively managing staff and customer complaints
7. Collaborating with other teams across the business, including production, logistics, finance, HR and marketing

You will need:

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and a minimum two years’ full-time experience working at a management level in a retail setting
2. To be available to work in the evenings and on weekends each week
3. Full Australian work rights
