We are an established modern Australian Italian restaurant in South Perth. Our menu features a delicious selection of freshly prepared veg and non-veg dishes, handcrafted pizzas, classic pastas, and carefully selected wines to suit every occasion.

We are currently seeking to employ chefs with experience in Italian cuisine to join our kitchen team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Create seasonal menu and other special menus.
2. Inventorying food, ingredient, and supply stock to prepare and plan vendor orders.
3. Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques meet our high standards.
4. Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation and ensure appealing plate presentation.
5. Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures; - Preparing and cooking food in a timely manner.
6. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
7. Verify compliance in preparation of menu items and customer special requests.

Skills and experience:

1. Relevant qualifications and experience
2. Demonstrated management and leadership skills, including the ability to supervise kitchen staff, manage workflow, and maintain high operational standards.
3. Ability to maintain food safety standards, stock control, and quality assurance in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
