MC Roadtrain Driver / Pneumatic Tanker Operator

$43 - $45 per hour (Range AUD$84,968 – AUD$88,920 per annum)

TMG Transport Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated company servicing the Agricultural and Mining industry.

Due to growth, we require a skilled operator capable to undertake both bulk haulage works transporting grain/fertilisers throughout the Wheatbelt region and complete safe deliveries of bulk cement operating triple road trains to Mine sites across the Goldfields.

As a MC Roadtrain Driver and Pneumatic Tanker Operator, you will play a crucial role in our transport and logistics operations.

The position is a full-time role based from our Perth, WA Depot in Maddington (6109).

What you'll be doing

·Safely operate MC class trucks to transport grain and fertilisers throughout the Wheatbelt region

·Safely operate triple road trains to transport bulk cement throughout the Goldfields region, including loading and unloading

·Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures

·Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues

·Adhere to all relevant road rules, transport regulations and occupational health and safety standards including AMMS loading and axle weights

·Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients as needed

·Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes and vehicle maintenance

What we're looking for

·Valid MC Drivers Licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience driving MC trucks and triple roadtrains

·Current Drivers Medical/fitness to drive

·Online Fatigue Assessment

·Pneumatic tanker experience is an advantage

·Good understanding of AMMS loading - Axle weights
