Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant menu.
- Check the quality and presentation of dishes.
- Assist with menu planning.
- Order food supplies and check stock levels.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Control food portions and reduce wastage.
- Guide other kitchen staff when required.
Experience and Qualifications
- A relevant Diploma level study in a related field;
- Previous one year experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen;
