✅ Job Title: Chef

✅ Employment Type: Full-time (38+ hours per week)

✅ Salary Range: $76000 to $80000 per year + superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Pakistani and Indian dishes in a busy kitchen.
2. Develop new menu items while maintaining authenticity.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety & hygiene regulations.
4. Supervising food preparation and cooking activities.
5. Manage kitchen operations including monitoring inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
6. Train and supervise junior staff.
7. Maintain high standards of consistency, taste and presentation.
8. Plan menu, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies.
9. Demonstrate techniques and advising on cooking procedures.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in Pakistani/Indian cuisine.
2. Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery / Diploma of Hospitality Management
3. Ability to work under pressure in a super busy kitchen.
4. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
5. Understanding of Australian food safety standards.
