RETAIL MANAGER

Job Opportunity: Retail Manager (Full-Time) -Vibe Bedford

Dhanalakshmi Pty Ltd. T/A Vibe Bedford is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Vibe Bedford Fuel Station, located at 168 – 170 Walter Road W, Bedford, WA-6052. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Managing the fuel station and staff to deliver store objectives.
2. Ensure the customer experience is positive, leading to new opportunities and repeat business.
3. Be responsible for inventory management, stock takes, daily reconciliation, banking and other administrative duties as required.
4. Product selection and setting up prices of special items by implementing competitive purchasing and pricing policies to reduce expenditure and increase sales.
5. Maintain records of stock levels, sales transactions, financial performance and prepare reports for management review.
6. Market products by advertising, sales promotion, and display plans, analyse operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
7. Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained.
8. Maintains store staff by recruiting, onboarding, orienting, and training new team members.
9. Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the store and of individual staff members to ensure service standards and goals are met.
10. Prepare and control the store’s budget, aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
11. Control costs without compromising standards and customer service.
12. Manage new stock deliveries and merchandise the store.
13. Ensure occupational health and safety guidelines are always maintained and adhered to by the staff.

Skills and Experience:

1. The candidate must have at least one year experience in a similar role.
2. A minimum Diploma level qualification is required.
3. Proven ability to achieve sales, KPI’s & manage stock take.
4. A true passion for retail & growing your retail management career
5. Good communication skills
6. Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
