We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to manage and oversee our contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that all contracts are executed and administered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, clients, and partners.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  3. Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts.
  5. Resolve contract disputes and address issues in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
  7. Monitor contract performance and manage contract-related risks.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Project Management
  2. Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
