We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to manage and oversee our contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that all contracts are executed and administered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, clients, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts.
- Resolve contract disputes and address issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Monitor contract performance and manage contract-related risks.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Project Management
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
