Working Supervisor - Plumbing & Heating

Prestige Skills are looking for a skilled Plumbing and Heating Working Supervisor to join our team and be a part of a dynamic growing company *must be gas qualified*.

This is a key role and you will be working closely with the director to manage engineer resources to deliver:

• Contract objectives / KPIs.

• Day-to-day management of the engineers.

• Deliver highest standards of client & customer care including visiting problem jobs / complaints.

• Highest standard of quality and performance.

• Carrying out day to day works including repairs, servicing and installs when required.

Key Duties

• Supervise engineers, setting clear standards of quality and performance, checking progress, meeting client & customer KPIs.

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction including audits, and help minimise any issues/complaints.

• Deal with on-site issues / queries from engineers, clients & customers, provide technical support.

• Deliver Tool Box Talks.

• Review completed works by completing Desk Top Audits & Post Work Inspections

• Stand in for Manager during annual leave etc.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• The North West + surrounding areas as business requires

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence 

• CCN1 

• CENWAT 

• CKR1 

• CPA1

• HTR1
