- Manage compensation design, analysis, process and reporting.
- Establish effective company salary structure and pay policies.
- Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands.
- Perform job evaluations and related studies.
- Work closely with business lines on manpower planning & budgeting and organization structure’s management.
- Analyze and interpret the company''s remuneration programs.
- Review relevant compensation data to ensure the company''s remuneration policies are competitive.
- Ensure company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin, and other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to support business study.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company and external parties.
