About The Position
- Responsible for greeting clients and guests, tracking deliveries, answering phones and managing our office.
- Make travel arrangements, handle timesheets, submit expenses, and manage calendars for two executives
- Order and organize office supplies and coffee & snack deliveries
- Order and arrange catering for meetings
- Assist on special projects as needed
- Outgoing – you love interacting with people and your up-beat personality is what others love about you
- Eager – you are self-motivated and take the initiative to learn new things and you''re especially excited to learn about GPJ and what we do for our clients
- Interested in event marketing -- perhaps you have a degree in hospitality or you''re passionate about events, either way, you''re interested in the work GPJ does for our clients
- Communication that skills are tops – you''re articulate and can draft a clear, concise email.
- Detail-oriented – no one has to tell you twice because you took good notes the first time, and you love post-its and "to do" lists
- Flexible and dependable – people can count on you to lend a hand when needed and no job is too small
- Discreet – as outgoing as you are, you also know the importance of confidentiality
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects flawlessly and efficiently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
