EMR is partnered with an independent agency, looking for a self-motivated individual to fill the role of Account Executive/Marketing Coordinator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their next steps in marketing or PR and work with top FMCG brands in the UK and globally, including Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Mars, Nestle, Asda, and others.
This position is an integral part of their team, providing support for sales and account management and contributing to our marketing and communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have some experience in sales, marketing, or communications, have a good understanding of the FMCG and retail industries (or be willing to learn), and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing
- Assist the marketing team in creating and maintaining client relationships with the UK’s top FMCG brands.
- Develop sales and marketing copy to support the sales cycle, including sales emails, e-newsletters, and brochures.
- Drive digital, social, and email communications, including developing a social media plan, tracking and reporting on engagement, and liaising with external designers and agencies for printing marketing materials.
- Maintain and update the company''s database and mailing lists.
- Manage and update the company''s Wordpress website, upload company assets, and liaise with designers to create digital content.
PR
- Oversee major PR events, including a large-scale awards ceremony every January and September.
- Maintain and develop relationships with media partners.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key influencers and bloggers.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to draft press releases and secure national coverage.
Other
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including invoicing and postroom management.
- Manage company expenses and accounts.
- Collaborate with external agencies, including our PR and events management company.
