- The role primarily requires receiving information through inbound and outbound calls and qualifying the leads.
- Taking large number of incoming calls and maintaining the data for the same
- Collect and organize pieces of information into meaningful and actionable insights that can help in effective decision-making and then pass this on to the relevant department within the company
- Should have a very good communication skill
- Strong MS Excel, Word, Spreadsheet and Database Management skills
