Responsibilities


  • Taking large number of incoming calls and maintaining the data for the same
  • Collect and organize pieces of information into meaningful and actionable insights that can help in effective decision-making and then pass this on to the relevant department within the company


Requirements


  • Should have a very good communication skill
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, Spreadsheet and Database Management skills
