- The role primarily requires receiving information through inbound and outbound calls and qualifying the leads.
- Taking a large number of incoming calls and maintaining the data for the same.
- Strong MS Excel, Word, Spreadsheet, and Database Management skills.
- Collect and organize pieces of information into meaningful and actionable insights that can help in effective decision-making and then pass this on to the relevant department within the company.
- Should have very good communication skills.
