Requirements

Need smart freshers with good academics and intelligence.
The role primarily requires receiving information through inbound and outbound calls and qualifying the leads.
Taking a large number of incoming calls and maintaining the data for the same.
Strong MS Excel, Word, Spreadsheet, and Database Management skills.
Collect and organize pieces of information into meaningful and actionable insights that can help in effective decision-making and then pass this on to the relevant department within the company.
Should have very good communication skills.
