Role in the organization:
We''re searching for a forward-thinking sales leader who can establish relationships with large Indian companies and advise them on how to create virtual one-on-one personalized connections with their customers. The ideal applicant would be a specialist at building relationships with some of the most sought-after Indian and global businesses by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions to help them achieve their marketing goals..
Responsibilities:
- Daily meetings involves-Representing our Company & Pitching our services
- Understanding the challenges & requirements of the clients.
- Taking regular follow-ups with the clients.
- Closing the deals
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills Required:
- Have a strong desire to see your clients succeed.
- Create value through solving real-world business problems and appreciating the importance of collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience in selling Marketing Technology Solutions and/or Agency Services in the Indian market.
- Clear knowledge of the Indian marketing landscape, including CRM, loyalty, digital messaging, and digital experience.
- Strong business acumen to understand these martech solutions and platforms, and how they address business needs.
- Experience in building and growing high-performing sales teams
- Experience in establishing & driving sales operations processes
