Global Project Manager

Our well-known hospitality client is seeking a global project manager who will lead and manage multiple complex global projects, including the rollout of a global workforce innovation.
This contract position (3+ months) has the ability to be fully remote, as it is supporting a project in the UK, however candidates must be available to work during London work hours. Candidates must reside in the following states, with preference to those on the East Coast: DC, VA, MD, FL, NJ, NY, PA, or MA. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate, support, and assist all aspects of a large, complex, cross-functional, and/or global project from original concept through the final implementation, ensuring governance process adherence, project continuity, and stakeholder management
- Develop project budgets and be responsible for performance against financial parameters and monitoring and reporting on projects
- Create project artifacts, such as project plans, measures, team and stakeholder communications, resource and time management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards
- Identify and highlight risks and issues within the project and escalate appropriately
- Lead regular project and program reviews with Project Managers and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience leading small-mid sized projects
- Experience in HRIS
- Experience in Labor Management and Change Management
