Our global hospitality client is looking for a marketing & communications assistant to join their customer engagement, loyalty, and partnership team on a contract basis. In this position, you will manage communications regarding the loyalty program across several channels and will oversee the accuracy of documents and articles.
This W2 contract position will have a hybrid schedule based in the Addison, TX area. This contract will be for 12+ months. All McKinley contractor roles include a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Assist with responding to inquiries within several mailboxes and with monthly/quarterly audits
- Work closely with leadership and various cross-functional teams
- Provide support to the various marketing and communications teams
- Review online program materials, promotions, marketing offers, and initiatives recommending revisions or changes in scope, content, and procedural processes
- Assist in various projects as needed, including internal communications, member upgrades, and promotions
- Bachelor''s degree in business, marketing, or other applicable areas
- 1 year of professional experience in a supportive or marketing role
- Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions, even among seemingly unrelated events
- A proactive, self-starter who will take the initiative and ownership to independently work on each mailbox and communicate any challenges
