Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Maintaining deadlines and updating the critical path analysis.
• Communication with the client. (Telephone, Email, Teams, Zoom ETC).
• Booking & Managing collections/Deliveries. (APC, DPD, TPN, Royal Mail, Dedicated couriers).
• Maintaining a healthy stock of account consumables.
• Creating and analysing account data for both Internal & External use.
• Data input surrounding invoicing.
• Assisting with Large Seasonal Despathes/Campaigns.
• Assisting with internal Systems development.

Qualifications

• Education: A Level (Equivalent) or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel*, Word, Powerpoint)
• Ability to deduce patterns and identify issues.
