Senior Marketing Executive – B2B Financial Publishing – London


£35k-£40k + Bonus & Great Benefits incl 4.5 day working week (Friday afternoons off)!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in B2B financial publishing as a Senior Marketing Executive. You''ll join a fast-growing team and business, and have responsibility for delivering marketing campaigns to acquire and retain subscribers & revenue across global subscription-based products.


Working with the Head of Marketing, you''ll play a key role in enabling the global products to achieve their growth & revenue targets.


Requirements:


  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans adhering to strict deadlines and within an agreed budget
  • Ideally marketing experience within the B2B publishing, financial or professional services industries
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns to help generate leads for the sales team
  • Ability to write compelling and relevant marketing copy
  • Good knowledge of SEO, social media marketing and design skills (eg Canva, basic HTML, etc)
  • Good knowledge of Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience using campaign management systems (e.g. Pardot, Marketo, etc) and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of managing integrated campaigns and building reports



Main Responsibilities:



  • Manage and execute effective customer acquisition & retention strategies for the various group brands, working in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Editorial & Sales
  • Translate strategies into marketing campaigns that are tailored to each brand
  • Generate and nurture leads using automated campaigns – this will include the development of landing pages and engagement email programmes
  • Manage integrated campaigns across a range of channels including social media and digital advertising
  • Implement SEO best practice across all websites to increase organic traffic and leads
  • Improve conversion rates by, for example, analysing/testing user journeys
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to attribute effectiveness and optimise future programmes
  • Collaborate with retention marketers to enable upsell objectives
  • Provide ad hoc support on product marketing activities and contribute to website development and optimisation
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and liaise with them as necessary
