About the Role:

Power Digital is looking for a project based Talent Acquisition intern to join our team. This opportunity is for you if you’re eager to learn and looking to get your foot in the door with a digital agency. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll have the opportunity to get real-world Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, super fun environment. Internship Position Details


Position Title: Talent Acquisition Project Intern

Internship Term: Summer, 2023

Compensation: College credit [MUST be enrolled in college course]

Desired Fields of Study: Marketing, Advertising, HR, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, PR, Influencer Marketing (Flexible)

Hours Desired: 6-10/week (Flexible based on credit needs)


Responsibilities:

  • Work directly under the Talent Acquisition Project Manager to support on production of recruiting and operational based projects, this includes but is not limited to:
  • Project Support:
  • Provide assistance on various projects related to recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, with a focus on supporting DEI-based initiatives
  • Participate in project planning and coordination activities, such as setting project goals, identifying tasks and deadlines, and tracking progress
  • Support team and project organization by working in our Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), Deliverable Trackers, and Google Sheets
  • Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research on best practices and industry trends in talent acquisition, especially as it relates to DEI
  • Present your findings to your manager and the TA team
  • Analyze data related to recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development of recruitment strategies based on research findings and analysis, with a focus on improving DEI outcomes
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate with stakeholders company wide to gather information and provide updates on project progress
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with organizational goals and needs
  • When your schedule allows, attend regular trainings and cross-channel learning opportunities
  • Reporting and Recommendations
  • QA current projects and initiatives and provide results on effectiveness and areas of opportunity
  • Generate reports and presentations summarizing project outcomes and recommendations for future improvements
  • Assist with the development of talent acquisition policies procedures and guidelines based on project outcomes and industry best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition process and strategies based on feedback and evaluation of project outcomes
